TRAINING PROGRAMS

We have created a training program addressed to entities in charged of the hotel education, with the purpose of sharing acquired knowledge to produce capable and competent employees in this industry. These training programs are given in different areas, for example:

• Customer service, being this one of the most important factors in the touristic sector.
• Financial studies.
• Costs.
• Housekeeping.
• General cooking.
• Banquets set ups and wines.

We think that sharing knowledge is the best weapon to educate future professionals. In our daily work, learning from our own experiences, we try to approach to excellence in service. We decided to share and exchange acquired information with our future professionals, in order to achieve our goal of making Costa Rica more and more attractive to be positioned as one of the countries with more touristic affluence worldwide.
